Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pavratha believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please proceed to the cancellation and refund policy.

No refund or cancellation can be accepted if a delivery guy has picked up the package, a full/partial refund can be accepted before food prepared

If the restaurant has not prepared your order yet, you can usually cancel without a charge. However, if you cancel after the restaurant prepares your order, you will not get reimbursed. 

How can I cancel the Order?

If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you must notify us immediately. If you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. 

If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of your order has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it will not be canceled. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched.

When can I get a refund?

1.Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please reach us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you may come to pick up the correct food item. 

For credit/debit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items’ price. 

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. 

Your order will be a priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s) to our host.

2.Food Order Incomplete

In the rare cases that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card/debit card, cash refund. 

The restaurant keeps all rights for cancellation and refund policy.
